We are seeking a full-time Shuttlewagon Railcar Movers Sales Specialist in our Dayton/Moraine, OH location. This person must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Responsibilites
Responsibilities:

- Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote Shuttlewagon railcar movers in Ohio and Kentucky markets.
- Product Knowledge: Understand our railcar mover models, features, and benefits.
- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and provide technical information.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for railcar mover sales.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with post-sale inquiries, warranty issues, and service requests.
Required Experience/Qualifications
Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or transportation.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand railcar mover specifications and convey technical details to customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events.
- Residence: must reside within the territory.

Compensation:

- Competitive compensation package based on commissions earned. Monthly Guarantee in Year 1.

- Best in class fringe benefit package-$3.00-$4.00 per hour better than our competition
- Healthcare/Dental Plan: Monthly Employee Contribution of $483 (Family) and $164 (Individual) with an out-of-pocket maximum of $4,800 (Family) and $2,400 (Individual). Co-pays and out of pocket maximum locked in through May 2025.
