Miami Industrial Trucks Earns 2016 MCFA Dealer of the Year Award
Miami Industrial Trucks, Inc. has earned the coveted Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift of America’s (MCFA) 2016 Dealer of the Year award, based on our 2015 performance. There are 85 North American Dealers and once again MIT has received the highest recognition.
The dealer of the year calculation is based on the following criteria:
• Blended Share of Market with Caterpillar, Jungheinrich and Mitsubishi Brands.
• Actual parts purchases from MCFA and Rapid Parts vs. goal for the year.
• OEM parts purchases per number of MCFA Trucks delivered in our APR.
• Rapid Parts purchases per number of Non-MCFA Trucks delivered in our APR.
This is a great accomplishment for our dealership in a very tough economic environment!
This is our 22nd time (out of the 23 years we’ve represented MCFA Products) that we have earned this honor.
