Course Pricing
Our hands-on forklift certification program covers everything your operators need to become compliant, reliable, and competent forklift drivers to promote an environment of safety and accountability. We will provide all required materials and equipment for training, including electric and Internal Combustion (IC) trucks. The course will include a written exam, driving skills assessment, certificate of completion, and a permit for operation. We will provide refreshments as well. Costs of the training program are:
- At our facility – $110 per individual (+tax)
- Group Discount – $100 (+tax) per person for six or more employees when purchased together in the same transaction
- At your facility – $600 minimum
Train the Trainer
If you have an individual in your organization interested in acquiring the knowledge and tools to lead forklift training classes for your own team in the future, our “Train the Trainer” program covers everything a course instructor needs to be successful. Kits include materials for new trainers to plan as a basis for local training programs and a very narrow aisle kit with materials upon request. Costs for this program:
- One trainer – $1155 (+tax)
- Two trainers – $880 (+tax)
- Three or more trainers – $770 (+tax)
- Material Kits – $330 (+tax) each
How Long Does Forklift Certification Last?
Once an employee has completed the operator’s certification course, the forklift certification is valid for three years. When the certificate expires, the operator must conduct a performance evaluation with the employer to remain certified. It is also recommended that the operator take part in a forklift refresher course. Other times a refresher course is appropriate are:
- After an operator is seen using the equipment in an unsafe manner
- When an operator has had an accident or near-accident
- When conditions in the workplace have changed
