Miami Industrial Trucks Earns 2014 MCFA Dealer of the Year
Miami Industrial Trucks, Inc. has earned the coveted Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift of America’s (MCFA) 2014 Dealer of the Year award, based on our 2013 performance. There are 85 North American Dealers and once again MIT has received the highest recognition. MIT ranked #1 in our dealer category out of 24 dealers.
The dealer of the year calculation is based on the following criteria:
- Blended Share of Market with Caterpillar, Jungheinrich and Mitsubishi Brands.
- Actual parts purchases from MCFA and Rapid Parts vs. goal for the year.
- OEM parts purchases per number of MCFA Trucks Delivered in our APR.
- Rapid Parts purchases per number of Non-MCFA Trucks Delivered in our APR.
This is a great accomplishment for our dealership in a very tough economic environment! This is our 20th time (out of the 21 years we’ve represented MCFA Products) that we have earned this honor.
