New Jungheinrich EKS 110 Low-Level Order Picker
With a 2,200 lb. lifting capacity, the new 24-volt Jungheinrich EKS 110 is the ideal truck for order picking processes from the first to third racking levels. With a maximum platform height of 118″ (3 m.), order picking heights of up to 181″ (4.6 m.) can be reached.

Please note that the EKS 110 L (open platform) models will have a new fixed forks design with a two-jaw pallet clamp that mirrors the EKS 314 design.

Maximum Productivity
The new 3.2-kW drive system facilitates travel speeds of up to 8.7 mph (14 km/h). Acceleration is also optimized to contribute toward efficient order picking. Various option packages and the load / steer angle-dependent Curve Control system fully exploit the strengths of the EKS 110.
Ergonomic Design
The EKS 110 workstation is designed to make work easier. Optimum travel and lift movement options enable fatigue-free working when entering and exiting and when traveling and order picking. Additionally, the 4-inch full-color display provides comprehensive performance information as well as offering the operator three selectable travel programs via soft key.
Thoughtful Options
The auxiliary mast option allows the operator to raise a pallet to waist level for more ergonomic placement of product during the picking process. For operations that have longer distances to travel, the Drive Plus option allows for increased travel speeds to help reduce cycle times. Various LED light options help illuminate the picking position and travel areas.
