New Tow Tractor Models Added To The Jungheinrich® Class III Lineup
MCFA introduced new Jungheinrich® center-control riders to the North American market today. With capacities ranging between 6,000 – 8,000 lbs., the ECE 227 / 236 XL series features all the advanced efficiencies, ergonomics and customization options you’ve come to know from Jungheinrich. The new series is designed with intuitive controls to optimize the cost, speed and overall efficiencies for order picking in a variety of applications. The 3-phase AC drive motor ensures maximum performance with high acceleration and travel speed with low energy consumption.
Ergonomic features, such as the JetPilot steering wheel, intuitive controls and spacious platform, enhance the interface between operator, machine and load. With its chassis made from high-quality steel and tension-proof fork sections with strong pull-rods, durability and reliability are not an issue. The ECE 227 / 236 XL is rugged and suitable for some of the hardest applications.
A newly-designed chassis and productivity-enhancing options are now available for the Jungheinrich EZS 350NA stand-up tow tractor. With towing capacities of up to 11,000 lbs., the EZS 350NA provides the same high-level performance and efficiency, but now with additional options to increase operator comfort and provide a more versatile operating experience.On the EZS 350NA, the shock-absorbing platform option and extended stand-on platform option (which extends the platform by 2 inches) provide exceptional comfort and more space for the operator. The multiple selections for backrests, foot rests and knee-padding on the battery lid help reduce operator fatigue and increase operator comfort.
The optional LED daytime running lights and the floor spotlight option make the EZS 350NA more visible and detectable by pedestrians and other operators, helping reduce the risk of injuries in the workplace. Additional options include display accessories, battery extraction device, shrink-wrap roll, storage tray and a variety of other workstation options.
